1. Workers
Bob is an enterprise app. The data it holds on you relates to tasks you perform for your employer, and your employer decides what is collected and how long it is kept. Please contact them to have your data removed.
Once your employer instructs us, we action the deletion. If you are not sure who to ask, email deletemydata [at] getbob.au and we will point you to the right contact at your organisation.
2. Account owners and administrators
Email deletemydata [at] getbob.au from the address on your account and we will action it for you. Tell us the organisation name and whether you want a single user deleted or the whole account.
3. What happens next
- We verify the request with the account owner before deleting anything.
- Deletion is actioned within 30 days and covers the account, profile details, and any other personal information.
- Where a record must be kept under your organisation's retention setting or a legal obligation, we will tell you what we cannot delete and why. Consent records are retained.
